Billpay Fix for Internet Explorer 10 & 11

Step 1:¬†Click the gear icon in the upper right of internet explorer, and then click “Internet Options“.

Step 2:¬†Click the “Advanced” tab, and scroll to the bottom of the list. Make sure that “Use SSL 3.0” and “Use SSL 2.0” are both unchecked. “Use TLS 1.0” should be checked while versions 1.1 and 1.2 remain unchecked.

the CU*Talk system is back online. Members will need to log in using the temporary PIN of the last 4 of their social security number, and then they will immediately be prompted to change this to a permanent PIN.
