Billpay Fix for Internet Explorer 10 & 11

Step 1: Click the gear icon in the upper right of internet explorer, and then click “Internet Options“.

Step 2: Click the “Advanced” tab, and scroll to the bottom of the list. Make sure that “Use SSL 3.0” and “Use SSL 2.0” are both unchecked. “Use TLS 1.0” should be checked while versions 1.1 and 1.2 remain unchecked.
