Mobile Deposit App

If you are interested in our new product, you will have to follow these steps below:

Step #1:  Download the Ocala Community Credit Union App. Just search for Ocala Community in either the Google Play Store or the
Apple App Store

Step#2:  Open your newly installed OcalaCCU app, click on “Move Money”, click on “Deposit Check” and input your Username & Password, then click continue and this will pre-enroll you for mobile check deposit. Please give at least 24 hours for the enrollment process to be completed. (Note: If you have not signed up for online banking, you will have to call the credit union for instructions.)

Step#3:  When making deposits please put “Deposit RDC OCCU” and your account # on the back of the check under your endorsement authorizing the deposit. – This is a new regulation that went into affect in 2018 and OCCU will be rejecting any deposits without this proper requirement.

Check Holds – All new accounts will have a 7 days hold on all checks. Any RDC Deposits may result in Check Holds.

Know the red flags that signal a scam • Scammers pressure people to send money, threaten law enforcement action or demand gift cards as a form of payment • Remember, if you provide your information or send money to a scammer, there is often little we can do to help get your money back
