Mobile Deposit App

If you are interested in our new product, you will have to follow these steps below:

Step #1:  Download the Ocala Community Credit Union App. Just search for Ocala Community in either the Google Play Store or the
Apple App Store

Step#2:  Open your newly installed OcalaCCU app, click on “Move Money”, click on “Deposit Check” and input your Username & Password, then click continue and this will pre-enroll you for mobile check deposit. Please give at least 24 hours for the enrollment process to be completed. (Note: If you have not signed up for online banking, you will have to call the credit union for instructions.)

Step#3:  When making deposits please put “Deposit RDC OCCU” and your account # on the back of the check under your endorsement authorizing the deposit. – This is a new regulation that went into affect in 2018 and OCCU will be rejecting any deposits without this proper requirement.

Check Holds – All new accounts will have a 7 days hold on all checks. Any RDC Deposits may result in Check Holds.

Reminder: iPay Solutions' annual DAE this weekend iPay Solutions' annual Disaster Avoidance Exercise (DAE) begins this weekend: Oct. 19-20. We will roll our services to an alternate facility beginning at 11 p.m. ET Saturday, with completion by 5 a.m. ET Sunday. We will transition all services back to our primary site the following weekend, beginning at 11 p.m. ET Saturday, Oct. 26, with completion by 5 a.m. ET Sunday, Oct. 27. Please note: • All iPay Solutions products will be unavailable during the transitions. • The downtime will affect customer-facing bill pay sites, MASTER site, MARS sites and all other access points in to iPay Solutions, including Mobile API, Bill Pay Services API, and other ancillary web services.
