If you are interested in this product, you will have to follow these steps below:

Step#1:

Step#2:

Open your newly installed OcalaCCU app, click on “Move Money”, click on “Deposit Check” and input your Username & Password, then click continue and this will pre-enroll you for mobile check deposit. Please give at least 24 hours for the enrollment process to be completed. (Note: If you have not signed up for online banking, you will have to call the credit union for instructions.)

Step#3:

When making deposits please put “Deposit RDC OCCU” and your account # on the back of the check under your endorsement authorizing the deposit. – This is a new regulation that went into affect in 2018 and OCCU will be rejecting any deposits without this proper requirement.

Check Holds – All new accounts will have a 7 business day hold on all checks. All other RDC-Mobile Check Deposits will have a 3 business day hold on all checks. Must have membership open 6-months before RDC-Mobile Check Deposit will be approved.
