Billpay Fix for Internet Explorer 8 & 9

Step 1: Click “Internet Options” under the “Tools” section of Internet Explorer.

Step 2: Click the “Advanced” tab and scroll all the way to the bottom of the list. Make sure that “SSL 3.0 and SSL 2.0” are unchecked and “Use TLS 1.0” is checked.

the CU*Talk system is back online. Members will need to log in using the temporary PIN of the last 4 of their social security number, and then they will immediately be prompted to change this to a permanent PIN.
