Firefox version 10 – 22 Billpay Fix

Step 1: Click the Firefox button in the upper left of Firefox. Click “Options” under the “Options” section.

Step 2: Click the “Advanced” tab. Click the Encryption Tab. Make sure the “Use SSL 3.0” us unchecked, and Use “TLS 1.0” is checked.
