eDOC Remote Support Platform Update
Effective April 1, 2026, as part of our ongoing commitment to operational excellence and enhanced security standards, we are upgrading our remote support platform to NinjaOne. (This will require training for OCCU staff.)


In March 2026, OCCU, in working with our vendors SHAZAM & Absolute Financial Services, upgraded our two remote ATMs to the newest version of TLS. This added another layer of security to those ATMs. Our newer main office ATM already came with this upgrade. Again, OCCU is safe & sound since 1953.

A Native Receipts update is arriving on March 15th, 2026! This update introduces a more robust mechanism to support future beta releases, allowing us to test and deploy new features much faster.

In March 2026, Our Digital Assets Investments vendor, InvestiFi, began consolidating their 5-6 databases into 2, which is a step in the right direction.


In February 2026, OCCU signed with Colonial Life through Combined Insurance Services to offer our employees new/more benefits that will go into effect March 01, 2026. On Feb. 15, 2026, Mastercard® will introduce passkey authentication as the preferred method to access secure items in Mastercard Connect®. This optional enhancement replaces RSA® SecurID® tokens and the email of one-time passcodes, offering a more secure and user-friendly experience through biometrics or PIN verification. Passkeys are phishing-resistant, compliant with major security standards and can be backed up and restored across devices using encrypted cloud services. Again, OCCU is safe & sound since 1953.

In January 2026, OCCU shared with its staff that we now have a FREE Clinic/Medical Center for all employees. We changed our “RICH” Healthcare Plan to a newer “RICH” healthcare plan where OCCU continues to pay for all the premiums for our employees. This new FL BC/BS Plan provides all employees with FREE Medical Centers across Florida. No more worrying about out-of-network expenses. Example: As President/CEO I can now become a patient of Sanitas here in Ocala, FL and when in Tallahassee, FL I can visit a doctor at a Sanitas Medical Center there, if needed, without any out-of-pocket expense to myself. Starting Jan. 15, 2026, Mastercard® will support Tap to Add Card for Apple Pay® digital wallets. This feature lets cardholders quickly add their card by tapping their contactless card on their device and following on-screen instructions.
Benefits
• Improved Security — SHAZAM® will validate chip data and generate a unique cryptogram during wallet registration to provide enhanced security.

We’re excited to share that two new features you’ve asked for will soon be available in-Service Expert! These two features will be available tomorrow, Thursday, Jan. 8, 2026.
New features
• Today, you can initiate, view, update and even escalate cases within Service Expert. And now we’ve added new functionality that also allows you to export a list of the cases that are in Service Expert.
• Reviewing and updating your contacts just got easier! A new toggle filter will be available for Contact Status. You’ll be able to filter between active and inactive contact statuses on contact lists on file with us, making updates a breeze. We recommend reviewing your contacts regularly to ensure your team receives the most relevant and up-to-date SHAZAM news!
