In March 2026, OCCU called out Mike Scott Plumbing to fix our toilets clogged by paper towels and Lysol Wipes flushed down the toilets. In addition, the City of Ocala came out to clean out the sewage lines that were clogged out by the front sign. We are removing all cleaning products and paper towels from Members’ bathroom as they can utilize the hand dryers.
